The resolutions are apparently the same (2340×1080) as for the S23 and S23+, and a more detailed 3088×1440 panel in the S23 Ultra along with embedded S Pen for doodling, one of the surprising features of the S22 Ultra.
Camera:
There will be a rumored 200MP main camera, higher resolution than the already high resolution 108MP main camera on the Galaxy S22 Ultra.

As rumored Samsung Galaxy S23 Series will be built on the second-gen optimized 4nm process and reportedly have an ingenious mix of older and newer ARM Cortex core generations showing some impressive performance thus far.

To power the Galaxy S23 Ultra, Samsung is using the same 5,000 mAh battery as we saw in the Galaxy S22 Ultra with little improved performance due to new optimized processor.
